Sliding Scale
This document provides a framework to share with customers who are participating in sliding scale payments to help them situate themselves along the scale and understand how much to pay. It may be especially useful for CSAs, Box Programs, and other organizations that may be using the model of a lump sum payment upfront from clients who can pay more, to subsidize the shares of clients who can pay less.
