BUNDLE: Focus Groups
Focus groups are one method of understanding more about your customers. The Farmers Market Coalition provides results from focus groups of customers who use SNAP at five markets across the US. These results from focus groups with customers who use SNAP at three farmers markets comes from Collaborative Health Research, and is presented colorfully with charts, and these from Boulder County Public Health show how including participants’ own words can paint a picture of their experiences at the market.
