SNAP: Using Smartphones and Tablets explains the technical and security requirements of eligible equipment. SNAP EBT Equipment Resources links to state EBT Equipment programs, the SNAP Mobile Transaction Processing App (also known as MarketLink, created with a cooperative agreement between USDA and the National Association of Farmers Market Nutrition Programs), and has information about manual vouchers.
